Wren Day Parade Dingle
Annual wren day parade and festivities in Dingle on December 26th (*if the 26th falls on  a Sunday it may be delayed until the 27th). This is an ancient tradition with no set timelines but tends to start around midday and then continues throughout the day.
The Wrenboys parade involves rival streets in Dingle donning their colours and marching through the town with lots of music, colour  and fun.
We went out in 2021 (with our then 1 & 3 year old) Â at midday to watch the parades. Also had lunch and pottered around for a while. Â Nice day out.
